As soon as the candidate completes the probation period the candidate would be receiving the salary on monthly basis.

Requirements
Recruiting the best talent to support the organization's needs within the budget and taking ownership for the complete recruitment process.
Manage a talent acquisition strategy to maintain required staffing.
Manage day to day operations of the HR department
Compose, revise and amend company procedures and policies as and when required.
Provide necessary data to senior management as and when needed.
Provide support to other departments on issues related to HR.
Supervise the performance system linked to rewards and career development.
Initiate, implement and monitor learning programs, new employee orientation and safety courses.
Ensure all HR procedures are compliant and meeting the company’s standard
Requirements
Post-graduate in Industrial Psychology/ Organisational Psychology
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Capable of working in a fast paced environment & StartUp Culture.
Work from home opportunity available.
